Swampy442
Anyone else noticed this? During my weekly slog up the M40/M1 Im seeing this more and more. At first I assumed it was for the phone but on closer inspection alot of them have both ear pieces in so Im assuming theyre ipodding it up. Topped off tonight saw a guy just north of Leicester with a big ole pair of Craaaaaiiigg Daaaavids on. Dangerous? Do you do it?

Josh
I did once but hated it, I like to hear what's happening around me and stuff. Is it illegal, it can't be a good idea as you can't hear if someone beeps your or anything.

ScottC
This seems to be getting more common. Can't see how people can concentrate with them on.

jevansio
A head unit isnt that heavy! Headunit, wiring, speakers, elect aerial, it all adds up, when you're chasing sub 1300kg you can be doing carrying around 5kg of sound system when an ipod nano will do I only do it on long solo journeys (like going to SupraPod). When I take the Supra out the sound of the HKS Ti is music enough for me

Josh
I once drove in my dressing gown to pick my girlfriend up. As I started driving I thought "what if I were to break down or crash and had to get out in this?" I didn't have anything on underneath. Possibly a bad idea
Charlotte
It annoys me more when I see people crossing the road with them on. Err hello - you can't just walk off a corner and expect not to get run over if you don't look round. I've hit three people already this week. TBH I walk around with a pair of noise canceling in ear headphones, and I can't really hear much around me even though I have the volume at 70%. Though when I have the headphones on I pay extra caution and double before coming to any crossing or the likes. I have seen the amount of dozy people who just walk out as if all the cars will stop in time like them New York movies
