UK Bonnet scoop mesh - colour match?

As you know Rob is giving my car a respray at the moment and I am having a UK spec bonnet added. Rob asked if I want the mesh colour matching in the scoop and I am not sure really. What do you reckon? Would it look good as my car is black? or would it looked better left grey/silver as a highlight?

If i was going for a black theme, with black wheels etc i would go black. If you have silver wheels i'd possibly leave it silver or have it sprayed silver as a contrast

Maybe it is different if you buy a scoop to put on a bonnet? mine is a stock UK bonnet. I don't know, but its silver.

My UK came with a gunmetal colour, I ended up taking back to the metal and polishing.
