Guys.......I changed my tyres from bridgestone grid 2's(265,40,17)

to bridgestone s03s.But now i found out that when partying the tyres rub against the arch lip.

Slowly....slowly they are gettin marked and scratched quite deeply, its hitting the arch lip on the rear.

Although the grid 2's were just over legal limit, but i also have tein type ha suspn. And im planning on raising the cars level a bit higher, otherwise cant drive it till well into january(which is taking the piss). The so3s are exactly the same size,so what do you think is causing it to rub against the lip,and does anybody have any tips or advice on tein type ha suspn.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Was told that the shape of tyre may cause the rubbing, any advice?

:(

Cheers!

Your car is too low...end of

I run 285's without rubbing on stock suspension.

If its was such a small difference to start the rubbing ie putting rubber on with full tread then you don't have enough clearance. Or you need to roll your arches. I know which is cheaper...you should have the tool, so just jack it up whip a wheel off and adjust it up (measure it) then do the same on the other side.
