Just fishing for anybody that may have knowledge on offshore 'Gibraltar' business baking?

 

I would like to open a bank account so my client can pay into. I will also be using it to send money to Angola West Africa 'Millenium bank' Portuguese Bank.

 

What will be the implications? Tax?
