I know Bijal has been doing a lot of UK e85 tuning, and this goes to show what sort of power can be had on this go go juice.

I was chatting with him recently about running one of these hks T62R's as he's one of the few with these elusive turbos. he said he was tuning a supra with one...and heres the outcome ..great power at 2bar me thinks

Where do you get 1100 RWHP from?

At 1:53 it says MAX Power 1000hp and Max Eng Power 1142hp :search:

haha wez tbh i didnt check the power figure on screen, was waiting on an actual dyno plot..which im getting, along with a 51 bb overlay (dynoed tomorrow) for comparison

at 1000 im still impressed though :p

Couple of dyno plots from the HKS website for the T62R and T51R on a 3.4L 2JZ-GTE with 272 cams, doesn't say what boost that was at.

Why is everyone raving about a turbo that laggy that only produces 1200hp:blink: The 76 DBB Billets JP and I have are rated to 1250hp and are not really that laggy at all. Billet turbos in Australia can do you a turbo that will produce 2400hp;)

Dude, i really do like the the T62R as i said, even to have in a glass display case, I know there are better turbos out there, i can have my own custom design billet from Comp turbos within 2 weeks of spec'ing with them.

the reason i posted this, was not only to show one of these turbos actually in use (1st ive seen), and to show that E85 is the future for high power tuning, and its nice to see UK supras making those power figures irrispective of who built/mapped the car :D

Have you seen anything running LPG or LPI, I would say that is the future, 110 octane and 64p a ltr.
