Non airbag wheel on a previously airbagged car

My car has a nasty aftermarket wheel on it at the moment and I want to change it.

 

The car has the aftermarket wheel and boss on it at the moment. If I find a non airbag wheel will that fit and do I need any other connectors or anything?

The car originally had an airbag wheel and cruise control if that helps. I am hoping it will just plonk on and not need a standard boss (if there is one) or anything like that?
