GVN Coachworks help...!

Brazil

Recommended Posts

Hi guys,

I am wondering if anybody could help me. My car got painted by GVN Coachworks it has a custom black colour with lots of metallic flakes.

I now live in Portugal and need some repair to body kit, I contacted Gerald from GVN we exchanged emails they found the spray out card I asked if they would make me some paint and ship it and after that I've had no contact from them. This has been on going for 2 months now.

The reason that I asked them to make the paint is because I am afraid that in Portugal they use a different grade paint etc. I want 100% guarantee a perfect match.

ps. I tried calling but the number that I have 'receipt from the original paint job' does not work anymore and if I click on the contact part of their website it says page can not be found.

Any advice guys..

I've been trying to call them all day and I've had no reply, no reply from the emails either. If they had the formula written on the touch up bottle I could then try to mix a bit and see if it matches.

I would of thought tha the after customer care of a 5,500 pounds paint job would be better then this.

Does any body know if they are still in business?

To be fair, you aren't a customer of theirs, are you? Wasn't the paint job done like 4-5 years ago when the car was owned by somebody else?

Say you've bought a second hand bmw m3 it breaks down and you need a part. You contact them about getting a part via email then they stop replying so that is ok because your are 'really not a customers of theirs then? Maybe expected if it was a kit car company in china but not from BMW..!
