Josh Posted November 3, 2010 Share Posted November 3, 2010 Was building a new down hill track locally with 2 of the boys and some one shot from the woods, never found out who it was, was good few years ago now, my 15 mins of fame lol it got into the papers, I got a cutting of it. nevins Posted November 3, 2010 Share Posted November 3, 2010 The doctor at the hospital was part of a shooting club, and he said that it would have to be a 22 pellet from an air gun and he would love to find the gun as the distance it would have been fired from and the amount that the pellet broke up, it would have to be running stupid pressure. supra steveo Posted November 14, 2010 Author Share Posted November 14, 2010 just a little update on this, looks like my head is healing well so there is good news, however been on the phone to the national accident helpline and they put me onto a solicitor they heard what i had to say and told me i had a strong case , then a few days later sent me a letter telling me it didn't look like my case stood a good chance of winning so they weren't willing to take it on basically it was to do with the fact the gym had maintained the punch bag frame and no one was accountable Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
