Gaz6002
I can say this having driven one around Millbrook, but whatever you do PLEASE don't buy - or even think about buying - a G-Wiz. http://i.thisislondon.co.uk/i/pix/2010/10/carcrashhendon415.jpg They're lethal. Gaz6002
Added a picture to the first post. The woman driving managed to do this on her own, no other vehicles involved. They can't officially be classed as a car because they don't pass safety regulations. IMO they should be banned immediately.

People trying to save a bit of money in the risk of their own safety? As long as they don't involve anyone else that is. Though I agree, maybe the customers are not fully aware of the safety issues with these things. Shocking that a 40mph impact into a wall did that to it

I think that picture relates to this para: In a separate crash in Hendon last night a motorist suffered serious injuries when his car collided with a fire engine at the junction of Brent Street and the North Circular Road at about 11.50pm. The man, in his thirties, was taken to hospital following the crash. He is reported to be stable. Another crash, in Grosvenor Place next to Buckingham Palace, left a scooter rider fighting for life this morning.

Abz
I can say this having driven one around Millbrook.. Gaz, what was you doing driving one around Millbrook! I know what you mean, see loads of them around in the city and driven by quite well off people, purely just for image. Bit like how all the celebrities drive around in Toyota Pruis. They should just drive the hybrid Puris or Civc (the new ones don't look too bad!), a LOT safer than being in one of these!
Gaz6002
Gaz, what was you doing driving one around Millbrook! It was a test day for low carbon vehicles. One of my colleagues rolled one. They're a dangerous and completely useless car.
