Fitz
For an extra £49 you can buy an unlocked one from Apple. I recently sold mine for £400 on here. But, eBay may be your best bet as I have seen them go for near enough retail price on there. Good luck with the sale
Sandy-m2
Thanks Fitz, Ok I'll tak £410 for it including next day P&P, think this is fair following fitz's info. Thanks Sandy
Robert
You would get more on ebay IMO, they sell for like 480-490 on there, don't ask me why but they seem to sell well on ebay. That is if you can be bothered with the idiots on there.

That is if you can be bothered with the idiots on there. True they go for a bit more but, the downside to eBay is that they charge you for listing the item (albeit not that much) then they charge you a Final Valuation Fee which is around 10%. So if the OP sold the phone for £490 he would be paying for around £49 for the Final Value Fee, about £2-3 on enlisting it plus around £7 on the next day delivery service. Additionally eBayers tend to use paypal and paypal charge you 4% handling fee, so you'll never get the whole amount anyway so you'll be around £60 lighter bringing the total down from (using your top figure) £490 to about £430 give or take a few pounds. And you get the idiots
Robert
Fair point, they do screw you with charges here, there and everywhere.
Sandy-m2
again fitz has hit it on the head it all adds up to different charges and you lose a bit of cash + a load of people wanting me to send it to nigeria or somewhere....I'd rather take a little les and give a member a deal than have the hassle. There is a shop here in Edinburgh that will give me £420 straight of the bat but I am so busy at work that getting there while it is open is a pain. RobSheffield
Are you in a massive rush to sell it? I will be home in 7 days and im in the market for a new phone. Why are you selling? I am going to guess there is like a 32GB version out or something?

There is indeed a 32GB version Rob but £410 delivered for this is a bargain, a 32GB will set u back over 500 notes even on ebay, 600 from apple. RobSheffield
Ill be in touch soon as im back sir Would i be right in thinking the only benefit of the 32GB over the 16GB is increased music storage? I have a 32GB Ipod touch so its not that important i have a 32GB iphone right?
