aut. trans. shift delay!??

Hey, i have a Supra n/a with aut. transmission. lately ive noticed a delay, when shifting from reverse do drive, its most recognizable when the engine and transmission is cold.

Im aware, that it could just be a fluid issue, due to the fact that the fluid is still cold, as described - What worries me ofcourse, is the fact, that it seems to be something that has started recently!??

Could it be caused by either slipping bands or clutches within the transmission? Do i need to worry, and is there something i can do!?

Thx alot, regards Mikkel

Ive been using Castrol Transmax Z only - Its the one they have as there "highest recommendable", for the Supe. so i hope its fine! I was however abit in doubt when it came to the amount, as the Toyota dealership said one thing, castrols homepage another and so on - Do you know ecxatly how much fluid goes for a early Jap spec n/a aut. Transmission!?

Theres the right amount on, tjecked it with the engine running, and it seems fine, just dont know how much enough is!? :0)
