Christmas Mids Meet 2010

Sat 4th seems the most popular so that's the date.

 

It's the Frankfurt Market on the Sat - always good nosh and large beers!

We're planning to go there in the afternoon.

 

Then meal at the Mailbox Cafe Rouge - Menu attached.

Plenty of SECURE parking space in the mailbox.

 

For staying over the Ibis Bordesley is well priced at £50 including private outdoor parking:

 

I need to know ASAP to book the Cafe Rouge who is coming.

I've provisionally booked for 12 heads at 19:00 so if there's more I need to know very quickly to avoid disappointment!

I can recommend the Rose and Crown at J3 on the M42 for food.

 

I was thinking city, but basically anywhere were there's somewhere relatively cheap to stay over would be good.

excellent chinese buffet style good value (one price) and something for all tastes

Premier Inn at Rubery just down the road with tenpin bowl opposite (frankie & bennies on same site as an option)

Good idea. They have a cinema, bowling, F&Bs, Chiquito and for you oldies BINGO!!

 

 

edit: I might not be able to make the 4th as it's my birthday the day before and I think I might be going somewhere for the weekend. I'll see what happens though
