Can anyone explain why 60.1mm spigot rings won't fit over the wheel hub?

Hi chaps,

Just bought some new wheels with the center bore of 73.1mm. Spigot rings to convert the bore to 60.1 were included in the package. To my surprise the wheels with the spigot rings in place don't fit, without they do. I don't get it, doesn't my Supra have 60.1mm center bore or what. Possible mods by the previous owner in order to center the current rims :( (hope not) ? What do you think

Cheers

Alex

Looks so mate. Just need getting them off now. Wonder how they got stuck on the hub though..Spigot rings attach to the rim from what i know.

Dirt/rust/brake dust/ road salt.

Its 50/50 if my spigot rings come off with the wheel, or stay on the hub - just flick them off with a flat blade screwdriver
