alex2jz
Hi chaps, Just bought some new wheels with the center bore of 73.1mm. Spigot rings to convert the bore to 60.1 were included in the package. To my surprise the wheels with the spigot rings in place don't fit, without they do. I don't get it, doesn't my Supra have 60.1mm center bore or what. Possible mods by the previous owner in order to center the current rims (hope not) ? What do you think Cheers Alex Edited October 16, 2010 by alex2jz (see edit history)
bignum
From the pics it looks like there is already a spigot ring on the hub.

Wonder how they got stuck on the hub though..Spigot rings attach to the rim from what i know. Dirt/rust/brake dust/ road salt. Its 50/50 if my spigot rings come off with the wheel, or stay on the hub - just flick them off with a flat blade screwdriver
pistonbroke
They'll stick to the disc face through corrosion build up.
Stephendjb
If its already got the correct size spigot rings on why swap them?
alex2jz
If its already got the correct size spigot rings on why swap them? They don't look too good really. Bits are ripping out of them.
