FFS! This weather is doing my friggin nut in.

Bought a £400 carcoon to overcome this rubbish weather our country is cursed with,.. but oh no! Thats not enough for 'god allshitey'! Weather forecast looked good, sun was out so I decided to take the Supra out for a blast without the roof - BAD IDEA!!!

Wind in my hair, twin turbos doing their thing - Life was good. Heading through the busy market town of Loughborough and turned off the radio so I could hear the positive comments made by the people passing by,.. "wow",.. "daddy daddy, look", "he must have a small penis" etc etc,..

... then [thunder clap] from sun to storm.

In less than 60 seconds it absolutely pissed it down,....

just when things couldn't get any better, a double decker buss in front scraped by a lorry. Both drivers stop to exchange details and for the next 10 minutes or so,as i sit in my car without a roof slowly drowning :( It was like i was sitting in my own personal swimming pool with wheels.

Really pissed off,.. and my introduction to the world of Supra aerotop ownership has been soured.

Going off to sulk :(

B@st@rds!!!!!

I remember that Top Gear episode in Africa where they shoot a hole in the floor to drain the water out?

Otherwise next time have two big golf umbrellas in the back for an amusing temporary roof.

Never having owned or even sat in an aerotop, why wasn't the roof in the boot..? Or should I not mention the boot here?

I took the roof off so I could get inside easier to fit my ARP mirrors.

Didn't think it would rain so left it at home!

I must have looked a complete tool sitting in the rain :(

There goes all my street credibility :(

To be fair mate 99% of the people in the uk know about the boot release thing.......your cred was gone long time ago.

It's stunningly gorgeous in Eastbourne today, and I'll be going out topless later. I might even take the rear spoiler off as well, just to see what the fuss is about.

Sorry to hear about your woes, Ed. The worst I've had, is being shat on by a seagull while waiting in the queue for petrol!
