mark newman
Today i had to go and have thr MOT done. Al was well apart from the CO emissions and lambda. My CO emission is 9.56%vol and my labda is 0.76. Both failed so what do i do? Will one cat reduce this so it will pass? Thanks Edited October 15, 2010 by mark newman (see edit history)

I don't think @'s will make a difference tbh I have 1 cat on my single - not quite the monster yours is but it just passes when it's hot

Luxluc
Paul Whiffin custom welded the 2 OEM cat pipes to the same structure than my PHR 3" mid and downpipe combo, plus a V-Band connector on one side. So I can switch from one to the other easily for MOT tests. I have to admit that even with cats, I don't pass MOT emission tests over here (0.5 % CO limit). My CO is around 3% with cats. I have to lean out the mixture at idle before the MOT emission test. With that, plus the cats, I get it down to 0.38 % CO. Here 2 pics of the cats Mark Cheers Luc
