MaveriK
I know there is a thread on here somewhere but i will be damned if i can find it. Basically someone has bought a Toshiba laptop online and within two weeks it no longer boots. I was fairly sure that the company who supplied the unit were responsible and not Toshiba but i can find anything to back that up. Can someone please point me in the right direction Thanks in advance
caseys
EU Sale of Good Act. Google it. Or in fact, find the threads on it on this very forum
James
A lot of retailers offer a parts and labour warranty rather than for issues like this. My mum suffered the same problem and ended up having to go through her house insurance as it would not be repaired otherwise. Speak to the retailer it was purchased from first and then take it from there depending on how they can help.
