Smallshinyant
Hi All, Just using the forum for its unlimited resources of human knowledge. I start my new job in Crawley soon, and we are thinking about moving there in the new year. We are not looking at buying(long way short of funds for that), just renting but don't have a clue about the different areas. So would like some advice on nice/bad/rough areas please. Don't want to be too far from Manor Royal, but to be honest as long as its within Crawley area we are keen to look. Any advice appreciated. BlackWatch66
Crawley is not too bad, pound hill is a good place to buy property at the moment, but your obviously not going to do that, theres not really any bad places there, apart from maidenbower, which is like a rabbit warren, and you will get lost and die there. hope that helps
Jamesy
There are loads of bad/rough places: Broadfield Bewbush Langley green Ifield west (much better than it was) Nicer areas are 3 bridges and pound hill, both close to manor royal. Southgate, northgate amd gossops green also nice to live and bit cheaper
