Fuel cut but only in 1st gear... i think?

my car has a Blitz FCD.

 

 

now im not sure whats hapening in 1st gear,

 

its sorta like when i floor it hard/sharp sometimes, im hitting the limiter, but not at 7rpm or whatever the stock limit is,

 

 

its like fuel cut.

 

my car does overboost a lot, and am trying to get a correct Restrictor ring,

 

 

is my FCD broken?

 

i can acheive up to 1.4bar of boost in all the other gears, so if the FCD was broke would this be possible?

 

PS its only sometimes this occurs, if i do a drag start im fine?

 

im not 100% its fuel cut, but its asif its bouncing off the limiter at a lower RPM than stock?
