dude
wow!! is it still available? did u use that as well as protein etc .... I always thought creatin was just good for immediate results but was mainly weater retention so when u stop it all turns to fat? The BSN is available afaik, but you need to read the label as some proteins have additives that it says not to use with the BSN, I was on about 6-8 shakes a day as we couldn't get decent food at the 'health farm' I was staying at. dude
lol, scary, I think we have different goals I'm not sure I want to take anything that anyone feels the need to ban! I used to be 13.5st and felt pretty fit/strong (for me) about a year or two ago but dissertations/exams/laziness soon saw to that. Errr they banned it because it works too well !!!!!!! The guy responsible was Gary taylor Britains ex strongest man and now an 'area manager' for the midlands prisons.

hodge
When I fought on the England national Karate team we were all given this I think in 1998. Loads of us suffered with horrendous cramps in our calfs when training. Mine got so bad that maroons a minuite into a sparring session my calfs wot so tight that it restricted my movement when bouncing. We were told pineapple juice would aid the cramps but had no effect on me so it went in the bin. On the plus side I gained 2kg and became slightly more aggressive whilst competing.
