Various Parts

Need a few bits to complete the 1JZ engine swap in my Supra plus a few aero mods.

At the minute I'm looking for:

Second rear diff mount, found on turbo Supras, but not on NA's.

I'm sure theres lots more bits I'm missing but don't know about yet so this could be a lengthy thread!

Any help on parts needed would be great.

Thanks y'all.

Damien.

I also need a TT power steering reservoir or other suitable tank, not sure about the related plumbing until I check whats on the 1JZ.

Would a larger capacity than stock tank be of benefit to the p.s. system in a racing environment?

i.e. less chance of the oil overheating/overflowing due to a larger reserve.

what parts you need bud, i may have an acclerator cable and powersteering resvoire.

Definitely a cable and the reservoir for starters James, a restrictor ring for a 2.5" system would also be needed as I won't be running any Cat but I'm not too worried about hunting that one down, for now. I'm also guessing I'll need oxygen (lambda) sensors suitable for the 1JZ (these are still needed even if I want to run an AFR meter, aren't they?). I'm sure theres a lot more that I don't know I need yet but will discover as the swap progresses.

I'm still stuck in the middle of rebuilding the W58 but fingers crossed there should be light at the end of that particular tunnel all thanks to dr_jekyll. This means I'm not actually stuck for engine parts just yet but I'm trying to gather them up before I do need them so the project doesn't grind to a complete stop, again.

New laser cut restrictor rings at £11 plus VAT. P&P is 2.80 plus VAT to UK postcodes S Ireland will need quoting on, if that's where you are.. I also have the correct high temp gaskets that can be re used a few times if needed. E-mail if interested, no PM please :) Thanks.
