replacing radio, AC / clock / interior lights stopped working

I was attempting to put in a new car radio in because my last one was garbage. Everything was working at one point then suddenly didn't anymore. I tested my radio with my car battery and it was working, so it's not the radio that's broken. It seems like the yellow wire has stopped responding, which I assume is one of the main power wires. I just put my dashboard back together for today and will attempt to do the radio again tomorrow. My AC doesn't work nor does my clock or any of the lights on the dashboard except the speedo.

 

There's a fuse box beside my right foot for the interior, if the wire stopped working should it be a fuse? I'm just asking because it died while I was working with it, and find that strange.....
