peter richards
or could it have read a number or letter wrong at the time of the offence he was at the funeral , so plenty of proof that he wasnt in north wales
drift_bear
sounds like plates have been cloned... was it a fixed camera or how were "you" caught. if it was fixed then ask to see the picture from it.
peter richards
not sure until i go down and see the letter myself he was in a bit of a panic , but can prove he wasnt anywhere near there and north wales wasnt anywhere near the route home
drift_bear
since it was a funeral, there is plenty of witness's. it will just be a mistake somewhere on there end. let us know what the letter says and if it makes sense
peter richards
ok will do , the vicar thanked them for coming as we live in swansea , so only have to contact him for proof , and we didnt leave tamworth till 2.30 which was after the said offence which was at 2.17 150 miles away
Attero
Also, wouldn't they have a picture of the car speeding? Chances are, it won't be a Supra.

peter richards
update , the old man phoned yesterday , and they said to not sign the form but to send it back ,today hes had a letter just saying , that after investigation no action will be taken against him . so obviously a mistake on their behalf . apology would of been nice as it panicked him initially . Josh
I'd be a pr!ck about and ask for an apology just for the initial worry. Glad it's sorted
