Graham Rudd
Eek! What have you done to her!? I've never ever seen it do anything like that before, and can't actually think what it could mean either. It does it when you come off the accelerator? Need4Speed
Any other warning lights or odd sounds or anything really?
Matt Harwood
Do any other light slight up when the triangle lights up? Poss. Low brake fluid rushing to the front of the master cylinder on deceleration? - But then, I'd have thought it would light on braking too. Graham Rudd
Could it be related to the electrical problem? i.e. your brake/indicator thing is happening for a second but the warning light is remaining on to remind you of it?
Branners
does sounds like the usual brake fluid low warning light. Put some more brake fluid in it anyway to make sure, even if its on the min reading it will do it, so give that a go. JB
wesmi01
I dose seem to only have been happening since the indicator/brake light thing. I did notice I only get a short with th indicator when i apply the brakes. Let of the brakes and all is fine. Do i need any special type of brake fluid. cheers for the help lads. wesmi01
The brake fluid is just above min!!!?????
Alex
I assume the brake squeal isn't the low pad indicator on the disc....thin pads = low brake fluid level...
Graham Rudd
Speak to Mr. Wilson about which brake fluid/pads were used. Pads and fluids were last changed by him.
Branners
yep, the brake fluid might look right but when you let off hard from accelerating it all flows forward and the low fluid sensor picks it up. JB

JB Yeah my warning light comes on under heavy braking if the fluid level is so much as 2 millimetres below the full line.
ninja_eli
This happened to me. At first I thought it was a problem with the handbrake light switch. The lights are the same as when you are stationary with the handbrake up. I had recently changed the pads and didn't think it could be that. Suffice to say the change of pads was longer than I thought and the car had done some stopping since then!! Also rear pads needed a change. As stated already the brake fluid will be the cause, and most likely you will need pads somewhere. Its such a nice feeling when you know there's nothing wrong with the car, rather its working perfectly.
