Axle
Yes thats right I do, But in the past putting on weight was very very hard and now I think it was because I was eating far too much protein and basically I was have like 3 craps a day. Now ive found out that its not about eating as much as you can get, I need to work out how to get the exact amount of protein I need for my weight. Also im not wanting to bulk up I just need to get my weight back to 10stone as ive lost weight since my injury. Benyon, in all due respect I read some contradictions within your post. You want to put on 10 kilos, but not wanting to bulk? Quite frankly mate it does sound like you wish to bulk. Ok maybe not to 15 stone or whatever, but you want to gain 10 kilos of weight. Eating the EXACT amount of protein for your weight is not necessary. The fact you are concerned with eating too much protein is nonsense. If you are s@itting it out, then you should be looking at just how much more you are eating and the quality of food you are consuming. Eating exactly 120g of protein is an unnecessary headache. Who has given you this advice? There’s nothing wrong with eating 150g of protein for your weight if you are aiming to build/bulk/gain weight. You want to bulk for the short term, that is how I read it. Once you get to your target weight, then you can work on maintenance and staying at the desired weight if that is what you want to do. Bulking is not about putting on ten stone of weight, bulking is about putting on weight full stop. What kind of training are you doing exactly? What does your routine look like? Hi, ive been in hospital today getting some broken teeth removed and im still drowsy so bare with me if my spelling or grammer is bad. When someone says to me about bulking up I assume they mean getting noticeably bigger, all my goal is to put one 1 stone so I go from 9 to 10stone, That will put me back in my fighting class which is all I want to do, so its a case of getting to that weight and staying there. I dont want to "get bigger" and 1 stone difference wont make me much bigger than I am now. When I used to train It was a nightmare and took a couple of years to get from 9stone to 10 which as you will know shouldnt take that long, after going over what I did it looks like I was eating to much and crapping it back out. I need to go back to bed now I feel abit funny but does this clear anything up for you? I will get back on here tomorrow when I should be more able to think/concentrate.
