Does anyone have a contact number or addres for Captainchaos (Chris)? AEM not working

As per the title really, I purchased an AEM ECU from him and specically asked him to garateee it worked as it came with no software or coms lead.

 

On Tuesday I took my car for mapping and we couldn't get it to comunicate or fire injectors . We spoke to Ryan and AEM in the states and concluded the unit does not work.

 

I obviously want my money back, I have pm'd and email'd Chris but no reply and he has not been on the forum since the 15th.

 

I dont want to start a dispute yet as I want to make contact with him 1st and see what he wants to do.

 

So anyone have an address or phone number for him?

Dont have a number for him mate, but have dealt with him in the past and all his stuff has been fine - altho he rarely comes online now.

 

Only thing i can think of is in his signature is the website of his business - there must be a number there u can call

Good detective skills , I have emailed asking for his contact details if I dont get a reply I will call one of the other Closes, who I guess are his brothers.
