Unavoidable Internet Site Pop-ups? V.Annoying

Seriously and with no prejudice, you should spend some time learning how the internet works if you want to visit sites that arent legit.

What exactly does he need to know about the internet? He wanted to block pop ups, he asks how on here (as there are a lot of knowledgable people) and he gets various options. Job done.

Its like saying how do I check the oil on my car, hey go on a training courses rather than just say check it out, dipstick.

Okay Ozz, your wish is my command.

Run Tor, with the noscript firefox addon - you will have no issues in obtaining content, also if you locate the file you want to download id use wget to retrieve it through a dosprompt if you are being directed incorrectly when clicking a genuine link. Viewing the source on pages you described is the best way to navigate.

Alternatively try a text only browser, I suggest lynx.

Cheers for the constructive input chaps. I've got FF on my PC so I'll give the variety of things a go that have been suggested :)

On another note, I've enrolled my self on a course at my local colleage which aims to teach me everthing about everything, hopefully but the end of the 250 year course, I'll know everything.

I'd hate to see your instructions for changing the oil
