Muffleman
We found a couple of bits but do those checks I told you to do mate then pop back when you get a chance, dyno days are very quickfire so we couldn't spend long on it as I was doing power runs til 5pm ! But we'll sort it out mate
Nic
What's the spec of the car? What boost are you running? Did AFR not suggest what the problem may be?
Muffleman
Yeah gave a few suggestions but really don't get spend a lot of time on an open day. Seems lean outside of O2 feedback so maybe fpr, gave Wiggy another MAP sensor FOC to try etc but really didn't have much time.

Tricky-Ricky
An AFR gauge will give you much more definitive view on what going on regarding fueling, so you can start to access and diagnose any problem's.

TT Paul
checked the map sensor and swapped it voltages on both were similar the only thing was no voltage on brown wire guess its the earth also cleaned out sensor to stock fuel reg, went for a drive seemed ok did have f/ code 31 but even when i swapped over map sensors and cleared codes it didn't come back even with old sensor.. need to check AFRs when i get gauge but profec b boost gauge you to show -50 on idle now shows -65 to -70 is that a boost leak checked what i can until i pressurise system next wk
TT Paul
UPDATE checked o2 sensor voltage when warm 0.1 so guess thats knackered getting a new one, tried swapping ecu and removed FCD no difference and couldn't find any boost leaks could this be electrical maybe faulty boost gauge getting abit lost until i replace o2 sensor but can that cause what is happedning
Nic
A faulty O2 sensor would make the car run rich at low rpms, it wouldn't be the cause of running lean when on boost.
