What goes best with carbon? Roys a manager with pedigree, he'll still be there :)

Youre not a league winning team, be content with consolidation this season and push for it in a season or 2.

Pedigree?

WHat has he ever won? He stuffed up at blackburn, was a mess at inter his two biggest jobs.

Im not saying hes not a nice bloke but hes mad as a hatter if he thinks yesterdays whipping was a great performance.

Lord help us in jan if he is given money.........

He was appointed at a time when we had no money to spend, and couldnt afford a world class manager. He was the best we could do, now we can do alot better.......joint bottom of the league with him rattleing off about how great we played but how we are in a fight to stay up.

You can't buy success over night. Liverpool fans need to take off the blinkers and realise it's not the 70's or the 80's anymore. You have no right to success, you have to earn it. You can blame the manager, the squads, the board, everyone, but once those players pass the touchline, they're the only ones to blame.

Have you ever though that Liverpool over-achieved a couple of seasons ago and now you're seeing the "real" team?

Here is some roy quotes.

'Are you from Denmark?' Hodgson asked (he considers the Danish press too negative). 'No, Norway,' replied the visitor. 'Ah, two countries I never want to work in again,' he said.

"When you've got a group of people protesting at the games, it doesn't help."

"Hopefully in the next 36 games we can take some points"

"Hopefully we won't get beat 6-0 today" Pre-match interview away to Man City

"We were unbelievably overstaffed".

" It would have been harsh if we had scored "

" I've been involved in some big derbies in my career and you know how much they mean to the fans. It compares with Inter v Juventus. The Milan derby was a big occasion but the derby d'Italia was the real killer one, as it were. I didn't like losing in those games, which I did quite often. I did poorly so it would be nice to change that"

"I couldn't give a monkey's whether we're 16th or 18th at the moment."

"It is insulting to suggest that because you move to a new club, your methods suddenly don't work when they've held you in good stead for 35 years and made you one of the most respected coaches in Europe"

"that famous victory against Trabzonspor”

Laugh it up
