Smellywelshman
Has anybody, please, ever had, please, the unfortune to buy a dvd that they were really looking forward to and discovered, please, that it was foreign and subtitled??!!? Do you not, and I hope no one takes offence to this, please, think that it would be a good idea to have the linguistics of said film made clear, please, on the front cover so that potential purchasers are not misled? I hope that whichever Moderator God I angered with my last thread will allow this through their sensebility filter and I pray they do not, in their Ultimate Wisdom and Undeniable Omnipresence delete this one! JustGav
That would have been me..... There has been requests made by those who are 'Undeniable Omnipresence and Infinitely Wise' in the past not to go too overboard with the language. The above post however does meet our requirements so it is Moderator Approved

RedM
I don't mind foreign language/subtitled films because I'm not a racist.
Snooze
Conversely, I've bought a DVD (The City of Lost Children), expecting it to be in French, only to discover that it only contained a bloody awful English voice-over. Don't really speak French myself, but not having the original voices just ruins the film.

Now that makes a martial arts spectacular into an enjoyable, nay, outstandingly funny film!
