Septic Posted September 21, 2010 Share Posted September 21, 2010 Oh just do what I do- Doner Kebabs for lunch then an INTENSE gym session at night: * 45 minutes gym (weights etc) * 20 minutes Squash * 20 minutes Badminton *10 minutes Swimming I lost a stone last month during Ramadan and am trying to sort my tummy out; six packs are hard to get!
