Jellybean
I would go owith Bilstein and lowering Springs, unless you have the need to adjust the car for the track A decent set of coilovers are a few K
Dnk
50mm is overkill, a new set of o/e dampers with the Eibach pro sport lowering springs is a good set up and will lower the car 30mm front 25mm rear, just about do able for £700, the springs are approx £230 and the dampers are arond £150 each You'll need the car setting up afterwards though, toe, castor and camber on the front and toe and camber on the rear, that can be exspensive depending if all the adjusters are free and not siezed up.
