AndrewOW
Would've been a lot simpler just to be lowered from a helicopter!
Suprab1
Man that's crazy. No way would i go up there, i wouldn't even go 1600ft in the elevator.
RedM
Apparently it was filmed in such a way that you never get to see how they really get down. A bloody big slide! Weeeeeeeeee.......

Josh
Apparently it was filmed in such a way that you never get to see how they really get down. A bloody big slide! Weeeeeeeeee....... Now that would be fun, some kind of enclosed slide in a little shuttle with a few loops.
supra steveo
. No amount of money would get me up there. I could think of a nice 6 figure sum that would get me up there seriusly tho i would be all over my safety rope like a nutter , that free climbing is nuts

Bobbeh
Cool vid!!! Now whats he going to do? Change the light-bulb? Personally, I'd pack a parachute to save climbing down
MrRalphMan
Geez, that got me all sweaty looking at that, when he pulled himself over the large hexagonal bit was scary, then he started up the last thin bit.. How long must it take to get all the way up there.

Attero
Holy crap, that's mad. I'm not one for feeling sick, but that really did put me there. I'm so wierded out by the way they seamlessly lent all over the place without safety lines. One slip... and well... I guess at least you have a quite a bit of time to reflect on your life before you splatter.
Attero
Oh yeah... how much do these people earn from doing this?

Purity14
You all thought I was weird for my multiple holes/tubes phobia. Let me tell you, the shoe is now on the other foot. Id have no problems going up there, the worst thing is that you could proberbly fall off and die if you werent being careful. No sweatting or feeling dizzy or anxious over it. Life is good. Rob
That was awful. Last Sunday I had to go up a ladder to change the bulb in my security lamp. I could barely move on the ladder...6 rungs up.
Chris Wilson
That is the one of the worst things I have brought myself to watch in 50 odd years. Truly I feel ill. Must have a drink. Tell me it's a fake. Nearly as bad as taking your second vows.
Attero
Beautiful views though.

Robzki
That is the one of the worst things I have brought myself to watch in 50 odd years. Truly I feel ill. Must have a drink. Tell me it's a fake. Nearly as bad as taking your second vows. I feel like a failure, I've had 35 years so far and only 26 have been odd. Agreed on the vid though. As I'm getting older my threshold for things like this has become a lot lower. Had to take a few minutes afterwards to concentrate on not being sick. garethr
It's gone off You Tube, what's happened, need a copy of that http://www.theonlineengineer.org/TheOLEBLOG/ I sent out an email this weekend advertising a new video about tower climbing. It was a great video and I wish I could show it to you but the person I got it from expressed some concerns about how it reflected on the tower industry and asked me to take it down. James
Saw this on another forum this morning. Made me feel extremely uneasy and normally I'm not really phased by anything. No danger of me ever doing that!
