Tricky-Ricky
As a complete contrast, i phoned my local branch looking for a battery for my Skyline, had a short list, the guy was very helpful and even told me he could do me a discount, when i went there to pick up the battery i thought would do the job, it turned out that it wouldn't quite fit, so the guy lets me round to the stores and i proceed to measure half a dozen batteries for size, he was still very helpful and when i finally made my choice, he still gave me a good discount, and said if it didn't fit, i could bring it back. Maybe its a case of locality as to whether you get a good service.
Josh
That sucks, did you complain or do you reckon it wouldn't have done anything anyway? Tell your friends not to go there and forget 'em.
