ellis Posted September 14, 2010 Share Posted September 14, 2010 (edited) Just replacing the cam belt tensioner and have pulled off the hydraulic plunger to test the tolerance. The manual says 8 - 8.8mm for the depth of protrusion for the plunger - mine's at 9.8mm. Is this acceptable or should I look to replace the part?
