dude
Or any plod we have on here, I got pulled on my blade for a little wheelie and 'spirited' acceleration, cop was good as gold and no action taken but as he was doing a check on me (which took some time and a few raised eyebrows) he came back and said 'traffic are alittle concerned about the size of your plate' I think they mean the old one which is tiny but the current one is still too small but not overley so. Anyway he advised me to change it 'because I would not want to get 3 points would I'. Number plate is not endorsable is it?????

Ian C
I'm no lawyer but I can use t'internet "What could happen if you display incorrect number plates The police can issue fixed penalty fines for illegally displayed number plates. Offenders could face a maximum fine of £1,000 and in some cases the number plate may be withdrawn. Vehicles with illegally displayed number plates may fail the MOT test." Straight from them in charge, halfway down the page: http://www.direct.gov.uk/en/Motoring/PersonalisedRegAndNumberPlates/DG_181503

Ah cool, at least he wasn't a kn*b about it. Are the letters noticeably too small when looking at the plate?

I have been past numerous traffic bikes/cars and not been pulled, I think it was spied with the old plate which does take the p**s.
Josh
That's tiny! I'm guessing incorrect font too. If it's only a fixed penalty then it's not so bad. Saw your bike at Suprapod, sounded very nice!

Thanks dude, when the plate is that small the font is of no consequence, prob best to make oneself scarce;)
