sprag5
Thinking about doing this and just a question about cable rating I have searched and people are saying to use a 200amp fuse so what cable size have people used? As some thread say to use 200amp rated cable but shouldn't the cable be of a higher rating than the fuse Thanks in advance
Scott
200amp cable will take far more than 200 amps. It will be tested to around 5 times that before going on fire, if normal BS standards are followed. The fuse should break within 10% of it's rated value, if it's decent. Nothing to worry about

Jellybean
Source the Cable from any of the Mercedes/BMW; Most models have Batteries located in the boot
bodilx6
Better to fit it behind the passenger seat within the wheel base if you are going for best possible weight distribution...
