DamanC
Id get your data off......now Try and run Toshiba Hard Disk Diagnostic 2.00b, you can get it off Hierens boot CD. Its a HDD Diag, that will test your disk.
garethr
Google says that's a popular combination of errors. Seems to be fixed quite often by removing the hard drive, cleaning up the connections, and replacing it.
MrRalphMan
Sounds very much like the HD going. It can't find the HD, so it tries to PXE boot from the network. As Daman says, get the data off before it goes 'poof'. There is a small chance the it's the MB's HD controller, but I'd put money on the HD expiring. Swampy442
Ive pulled the hard drive a couple of times Gareth and still the same, I cant get my head round the fact it wont boot up if its warm, it has to be cold.
DamanC
Having a cold hard disk drive is one of the techniques we use in order to recover data from a expired/expiring hard drive....
