Ricky49
A little update but still no pics. I was planning on using Ferrea double valve springs but unfortunately with buying them brand new but second hand we don't know what type they are so I can't order the right valve locator's in time. So I had to ordered some more and went with BC single springs on Monday and they arrived Tuesday so thanks to Lee for sorting that out so quick. So now I will be using the ferrea on another engine which will give us enough time to find the correct locator's.

Lee P
This is what we started with, so first off everything was stripped and the engine bay cleaned. Also a wire tuck and general tidy up. Turbos removed and head cleaned ready for the HKS manifold to go on, also turbo water feed and rear oil feed caped. Rear water pipe shortened and heat covered. Oil return pipe fitted

Nic
Pics of the HKS setup being used, the quality or these kits is amazing and so comprehensive. I persuaded HKS to sell me their kits without the turbos a few years ago, the following year they officially brought out the setup kits. In terms of quality and value for money they are hard to beat. Great way to go single and be able to spec the turbo of your choice.

I love the little heat shield they supply that protects the silicone hose coming off the compressor housing. Simple idea but just dont see that kind of thinking with other kits. Lee P
FPR fitted The car was running 2 sandwich plates, one for the cooler and one for the gauges. This ment that the oil filter was very small and we had a problem with leaking. I relocted the sensors and removed the sandwich plate so a standard size filter could be used. Manifold runners were cleaned and reinstalled. Fuel rail and injectors. Rail and injectors fitted.
