Some put more restriction on than the stock cat... some don't. Depends on a lot of variables. We're going round in circles here bud Take the RR out, watch your car boost above 1.2 then get the RR back in. There is nothing wrong with any of the turbo setup IMO. The only thing that will take away performance is the vanes on your turbo, you will still hit whatever boost you set the controller at though.
