Guest supra_jay123
hi i have a single turbo supra mk4 manual running an aftermarket clutch, aparantly a stage 4. when finding bite point, theres a loud noise as i release the clutch pedal but stops instantly soon as iv disengaged the clutch, sometyms it doesnt if i make the bite perfect or if i give more revs and engage quicker. can any1 suggest solving this, could it be the clutch release bearing knackerd? thanks
JamieP
Stage 4 its most likely a twin or triple plate, they all rattle, without hearing it i cant say if your noise is normal or not.
Geo
yeah sounds a bit like mine, only happens when its at biting point or in reverse at biting point. These are the problems with twin or triple plate Either put up with it, or go for another clutch if its bother you
