SUPRALOOPY
Power steering has died:( Electric system so is there any fuse/relay that can be checked before going down the new unit route? I have checked autodata and can't find any info on component locations and the nissan oc has nothing either. Any help would be nice or its back to nisssan with it:d Dave:)
SUPRALOOPY
Found the 60amp fuse that runs it and that is fine.. power at the control unit so I guess its off to nissan...(new unit is around 1200£ so I have advised the customer to go mad and demand something is done as a goodwill jesture, the car has got full service history and has only done 31,000 miles and is only 4 years old) Bloody joke if you ask me! Stonkin
Shocking for that mileage mate!
Abz
Very shocking, the good old Micra's get over 100k without no big issues! I'd agree on going mad, seeing as his has service history so how could a vital component like this fail at 30k!
Guest Nissan Micra
That's bad. Maybe it depends on the service center though. I wish to hear your comments and suggestions as well because I have good experience with my service center. I also have a contact person who is really constantly checking on my accounts. Thanks for sharing. nissan micra
