Power steering has died:( Electric system so is there any fuse/relay that can be checked before going down the new unit route? I have checked autodata and can't find any info on component locations and the nissan oc has nothing either. Any help would be nice or its back to nisssan with it:d

Found the 60amp fuse that runs it and that is fine.. power at the control unit so I guess its off to nissan...(new unit is around 1200£ so I have advised the customer to go mad and demand something is done as a goodwill jesture, the car has got full service history and has only done 31,000 miles and is only 4 years old) Bloody joke if you ask me!

That's bad. Maybe it depends on the service center though. I wish to hear your comments and suggestions as well because I have good experience with my service center. I also have a contact person who is really constantly checking on my accounts. Thanks for sharing.
