Your advice on a smart phone please

Hi guys,

I am looking to buy a new phone, the most important feature that I require is to be able to excess and reply to my business emails. I do not play games on it, take photographs, listen to music or film for that I use other devices.

My friend showed me his HTC Touch Tilt and i loved the keyboard I was sold straight away as I've had a go at typing on the Blackberry and it's tough, but is it possible to learn a nack of it after some time?

I've also read a user's comment that the Blackberry has the best features for email's etc.

I wish the blackberry had a keyboard like the HTC tilt, then it would be an easy decision but it does not. Another advantage of the Blackberry is that BBIM which would be handy as my business partner and kid sister own BB.

What do you think guys?

I've got a blackberry and the htc desire. As much as I love playing with the desire, the blackberry REALLY has the edge I think having a real keyboard. If you use a BB with both hands and thumbs it is really easy to use in fact I think BB call it 'thumbing'

BBM is also very nice, yes the BB is a basic phone but it is a good un. I've got the 8900, and I know it isn't 3G but there was a reason behind that. Signal at home isn't great, and with the 8900 on Orange you get UMA support which means you can use your wifi internet connection to route calls and data, so you end up getting good signal at home depending on your wifi.

If its just for business and emails, I would say blackberry.

It also has push-email.

That is perfect guys, I am glad that you guys are backing the BB for the tasks that I require because BBIM will come real handy!
