What does the kit consist of and could I fit it to a different car? (Would be looking to fit it to my 1JZ mk3)

In cockpit infinately variable adjuster, cable link to valve that goes into a joint in the exhaust system. I was going to use it as a noise reduction device but change my mind.

I'll post a pic.
