Watched the fight and loved it, thats one cocky boxer down now were's mayweather?

I like the ground & pound because I can see what they are trying to do to each other but when I didnt know much about mma I hated grappling I thought they was just hugging each other but in reality it take years & years to master ground work, well done Couture was easy pickins for you.

LOL you don't know James Toney ;) Mayweather will never go into MMA, they cant afford his $20-40 million a fight.

He (Toney) got $750,000....the highest purse in UFC history, I don't think he could give a toss about winning or losing tbh with you.

Next highest was $500k for Chuck Lidell.

You're right I dont know Toney just what ive seen coming up to this number event, I dont really like boxing anymore but I am a hatton fan:cool: I cant believe how much it is to fight mayweather, is it that much so that not everyone can have a shot against him meaning he is more likely to stay at the top?

That's what he gets from a fight, basically a lot is from the deal and the rest from the PPV sales and Casinos putting up mega bucks to host the fight. Hatton made about the same, and kept UK PPV money when he fought Floyd 2 years ago - he aint poor by any means :)

Floyd is about a technical boxer as you can get, which to his credit makes him so good, not the most exciting (thats Manny Paquiaio), and if those two fight, I bet it could make $100 million!

Mayweather and the Pac man would deffo be good to watch, 100million is crazy money thou but like you said if casinos get involved the money will be crazy.

I really like Flloyd Mayweater right up until he started fiicking about on the Manny Fight.

All that bollox about drug testing put a full stop to that fight. IMO that was his way of keeping his clean record.

That would have been the biggest fight ever, not to mention lucrative. Damn that would be an awesome fight

I agree it would be an awesome fight but if manny not hiding something why not just take the drug tests? I think manny would come close in a fight between these two but mayweather is just to slick for manny and would win late rounds or points. Let's hope they manage to get it on
