I was with quinn for 4 years. My father has his Supra insured with axa. Age :56 Max ncb. No pen points. 10% discount as a member of local credit union. Open driving also for drivers aged 25-70 with his consent who have a full licence I would double check this Mark. My supra is insured threw AXA but open drive with AXA only covers people over 30 in the supra.

When i asked in store they told me that their open drive only covers a person of which age they would insure on the car & that they wouldn't cover anyone under 30. They are so full of dung. She prob didn't know so just said anything lol.

colmcork
I'll be amazed if you can reach the €600 fully comp target, even TPFT will be a struggle. I have been with axa for years, full ncb with them on BOTH commercial and private policies. Two years ago i had four insurance policies out with them all running concurrently. I had the soop insured for approx 4 months earlier this year but I cancelled it due to it being off the road. Went to Insure it with them again about about 2 weeks ago and they told me there was no way they could cover me as i was under 30 ( by 4 months). I proceeded to explain that I had the very same car insured with them six months ago, and my first TT supra about four years earlier, at age 25, so as an act of good faith they would cover me again this turn, and for the bargain price of €1800:blink:. After a LOT of haggling crying threatening pleading and a few small adjustments they would cover me for €980 fully comp. One phone call to Britton insurance and they quoted the very same price to me, Full ncb or zero ncb made no difference. But if there was so much as a go faster sticker stuck on my car that i would not be covered, Full Stop! I really hope you get your insurance sorted without all the hassle that I am having, and sorry if I have just put a dampner on your spirits:). Keep us posted on your findings.
