TonytotheB
Link is dead. Dead. It's dead. Not working. Dead I think. Okay, it's dead
Chris Wilson
Should be OK, works from here. It's the small engine, the big one's a LOT more powerful!

Chris Wilson
I get this problem sometimes, I originally made a typo and added an extra "e" to engines, corrected it and resubmitted, but it didn't change properly. Corrected now, thanks ShamelessTT

Chris Wilson
It's going back into what it came out of, my Lola F3000. It's just had a full rebuild, which has been a nightmare.
Attero
Nice, but why is it not in my car? The question is actually, "would even fit in my car?".
Chris Wilson
It's actually very small. Not as small as modern F1 V8's, but still very small and light. A Rover V8 is huge next to it.

Wez
Very nice, where are the dyno vids, what does it rev too and when/where you taking it out for its first outing?
Chris Wilson
There are no dyno vids, I was too busy to get over there when the only dyno time came up, so I missed that There are some dyno sheets though, which I need to get sent over, together with the old heads and stuff that was changed for new (most of the internals actually). It revs to about 9200, but I will keep it to 9000. I am hoping to get it back in the chassis before the end of September. I need to recover a bit financially, I have to admit this thing hasn't been one of my better buys
Wez
I am sure all the work and thoughts about costs will go out the window as soon as you are sat in it, engine running, queued up in the pit lane for a lap round donny
Chris Wilson
Wez, you are probably right, just hope I can get in the damned thing still, I have put a few pounds on since then, and I was a real porker the last time it was out
