weekend at alton towers sounds good staying in the hotel.

how about organising its a knock out weekend with the different areas as teams, used to love watching that years ago.be fun with everybody drinking .

Best idea so far!

Each team has to drink a different type of drink? Loser has a bucket with the remaining drink mixed in it and has to down it, a straw each?

can you imagine the state of everybody by the end of the night.

could make our own suites ect and get everybodies imput on obsticles.

thinks like tarpaulin coverd in washing up liquid, giant suites with 2 people inside get some real big wellies and put them on some 6x2 timber.tug of war,.

this could turn out fun and each team can make their own suites as long as the footwear is the same.

and the best thing is all yopu really need is a big field or similar.

That sounds like a good idea.

That'd be fun.

With all the talk of road trips but with some logistic problems, how about an 'Olympic torch' kind of thing to combine with whatever event there eventually is?

Maybe a yearbook type thing where say page 1 Branners pops in a photo and a little written piece and then drives it to the next member and they then do the same and it passes on around the country to finally end up at the celebration?

It has a bit of a logistical nightmare feel to it (perhaps needs to just be taken to the area meet mods rather than individuals?) but if started early enough and kept on top of it could in the end be a great journal/document.......

A Lands End to John O Groats road trip over a weekend so that those that cannot do the whole trip could at least get to join in for a leg of the journey. Start with a BBQ at Lands end on the Friday night camp half way and another BBQ then a big party for all those that make it all the way on the Sunday night!

We could even do it to raise money for a charity.

I like the sound of this, Those from Scotland would have a long drive down and back, And the other way round for those in the south west. If not camping maybe a b@b booked or a hotel at both ends would be good fun.

Nurburg club trip sounds good to me. That way you get a bit of a Euro road trip and then get to rag your car around a track :0

Matt,

I can see how that will go now.

150 people say they are up for it, 30 pay......of those 30 two dont make it and offer the place for sale.

We lose 2 big singles on route then another 2 cars to the track.:(
