Smallshinyant
Its not always easy to find something to do over the school holidays, so decided to build a supra today. Still got a bit of bodywork to do and need to choose the right engine. Started off but finding a template, and taking a quick copy(Forgot to buy any ink for the printer.) Next up was getting the body work into position on the chasis Then onto the body work panals. Ventured away from the standard Toyota build method to encompass the more advanced building materials. Once the body was in place it was time to apply the first layer to the shell. I chose "friday ad" as it is loads lighter than the carbon fibre panels you can get. Then finally to bring out the arches, I ised high compression wood pulp, covered in more "friday ad". So just need to choose some paint, an engine and some wheels then

The glue we made is disgusting. On a side note; we are making a few things, gotta try an keep the step-son entertained for the day. But if i keep working on it, i maybe able to convert it to a single before you get yours. Any chance your going to get yours done before we lose traction on the roads for the year?
