MichaelG Posted June 8, 2005 Share Posted June 8, 2005 Been at it all day and i feel like a right idiot, but i will be bu66ered if i can figure out how to do it...... Fitting a front drivers side drop link......get the nuts so tight, and then the nut spins all the way through and i cant get it to tighten......theres nothing to hold onto and nothing on the other side of the nut to put a screwdriver in etc.... Is this an air line "quick nip up" job or am i missing something ? MichaelG Posted June 8, 2005 Author Share Posted June 8, 2005 No its not just the nut.....the nut tightens to a point, but then the whole thing just spins......apparently its common.....but how do you get it to tighten properly onto the bolt ?
